Join Physiosouth as an Accounts Administrator!

Physiosouth are looking for an experienced Accounts Administrator to help meet the accounting needs of our eight busy Christchurch clinics.
This part time role offers around 28 hours a week over 5 days, with significant flexibility in daily working hours to accommodate varying workloads through the month – and to accommodate your lifestyle too!
Key responsibilities:
• Bank reconciliations
• Data entry for stock management systems and accounts payable
• Fortnightly Xero payroll processing
• Industry specific data entry and reconciliations
What we're looking for:
• High standards in accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
• Excellent time management skills
• Flexibility & capacity to adapt to changing workloads
• Experience with Xero accounting package and payroll (essential)
• Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication with the admin team
• Physio industry experience is a plus, but not required
