Our client, a well-established accounting firm based in Whakatane, is passionate about building strong client relationships and delivering tailored, client-focused solutions. Their expertise includes ensuring compliance, assisting with Trusts, and guiding businesses through complex financial matters.
They are currently seeking an experienced Accounting Administrator to provide top-tier administrative and accounting support. As part of the administration team, you will play a vital role in managing a wide range of responsibilities, including:
Accounts Payable and Receivable Preparation of accounting records for monthly and annual reports GST return preparation Payroll processing and PAYE returns Assisting clients with ad hoc accounting tasks and general administrative duties as needed Key Skills and Attributes Required: Proven experience in Accounts Administration Strong numeracy skills with a detail-oriented and analytical approach Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively Excellent customer service and client-focused attitude
