Accounts Administrator

G.J. Gardner Homes is New Zealand's No.1 home building company. We are looking for an energetic  Accounts Administrator person  to join our busy and dynamic Tauranga South team on a full time basis. 
We are seeking a person who has experience with accounts payable, is very organised, is comfortable working with numbers and has an eye for detail. You will be self-managing, possess excellent interpersonal skills, be a team player who isn't afraid to take ownership, and present excellently. Accounts fundamentals, cashflow analysis, familiarity with Xero, math ability and computer literacy are essential.
This role will appeal to someone who enjoys a varied workload and has a "can do, will do" flexible attitude.
Your role will see you doing a wide range of tasks including:
- Supplier liaison, mainly by email and phone
- Accounts Payable
- Entering and coding invoices
- Reconciling accounts
- Checking invoices and looking for discrepancies
- Cashflow analysis
- Investigating cost overruns
- Responding to email and phone queries from creditors
