They are looking to grow their team and are seeking a motivated individual to take on some of their accounts and administration functions. The core responsibilities will include:Checking, reconciling and processing accounts payable invoicesReconciling reimbursements and onchargesBody Corporate database and portal maintenanceDaily receipting of monies receivedOrdering stationery and office suppliesGeneral administration supportThis role will be a great 'next step' for someone who has 1-2 years' experience in an administration position with some exposure to accounts payable or receivable. You will have an affinity with numbers, strong attention to detail and enjoy the challenge of reconciling.
