As an Accounts Administrator, you will play a vital role in both accounts payable and receivable functions. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring timely payments, and supporting the financial operations of the company alongside our Accounts team in Australia.
 
Key Responsibilities
 
Accounts Payable:
Reconcile invoices and statements to ensure accuracy. Process and code invoices efficiently. Address queries with suppliers and resolve discrepancies. Set up and manage bill payments. Accounts Receivable:
Process banking transactions with the support of our Australian team. Reconcile credit card payments. Reconcile customer accounts and follow up on overdue accounts. Distribute account statements at month-end.  General:
Generate internal reports at the end of each month. Prepare and collate information for our senior accounts team for month-end processes. Perform daily bank reconciliations. Complete credit card reconciliations. Set up new client accounts in the system. About You

The ideal candidate will have: 
Proven experience in accounts payable and receivable functions. Proficiency in accounting software (preferably Xero). Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and customers.
