About the Opportunity
This is a permanent full-time position that reports to the Administration Manager. The role is varied, and its key responsibilities will include:
Invoice processing for accounts payable
Payment runs and vendor reconciliation
Checking patient invoices and reconciling implants
About You
To excel in this role, you will bring proven experience in accounts payable with sound knowledge of accounting principles. Applicants should have excellent organisational, computer and communication skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
Other administration tasks include covering breaks on reception and providing effective, efficient, and professional customer service. Applicants should demonstrate a positive and customer-focused attitude to ensure our patients, medical specialists, and suppliers receive high-quality service.
