About your new job:
Working closely with the Finance & Operations Teams your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Raise purchase ordersArrange letters of credit and various payment methodsMaintain database and ensure all supplier and customer information is updated and correctAccept and create sales ordersArrange shipment and transportProvide backup to finance team when requiredAd-hoc administrative tasks as requiredAbout You:
To be successful in this role you will ideally have exposure to the following:
Previous background in a similar position with some exposure in accountsStrong administrative skillsKnowledge of Microsoft packagesHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailStrong communication skillsWhat is in it for you:
