We service mainly rural clients including dairy farmers, kiwifruit orchardists, and rural support services in the Bay of Plenty and further afield.We consider ourselves at the forefront of accounting technology in New Zealand and are often early adopters of new ideas. We're constantly looking at ways of improving our business processes for the benefit of our clients and team. We are totally cloud-based and all of our clients are using Xero.We have three Directors and a further team of ten great people. We are an Approved Training Organisation.Important Note: Only applicants with NZ citizenship or permanent residency will be considered.The OpportunityTo join our team as an accounting intermediate. Your role will include, but is not limited to, the compilation of Annual Accounts, Income Tax & GST returns.About YouAt least two years Chartered Accountancy experience.Knowledge of the NZ tax system.Experience in the rural sector would be an advantage.Competent and literate with the following packages: Xero, Xero Practice Manager, Word, and Excel.Excellent communication skills both with our team and clients.Strong organisational and time management skills.Ability to deal with multiple tasks and prioritise deadlines.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Professional approach to work and strong client focus.A team player that values input and support from the team but can also work autonomously.Ongoing training to support your continued growth.If this sounds like the opportunity for you, then apply through Seek.
