Accounting Apprentice – Business HelplineDuties/main responsibilties include:Duties:
Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and budgets.Process invoices, payments, and expenses accurately and in a timely manner.Maintain and reconcile financial records, including bank statements and ledgers.Assist in the preparation of tax returns and VAT submissions.Support with payroll processing and related tasks.Liaise with clients, suppliers, and colleagues to resolve financial queries.Utilise accounting software and spreadsheets to input and analyse financial data.Adhere to relevant regulations and compliance standards.Participate in training and development activities to enhance accounting skills.Contribute to team projects and initiatives to improve financial processes.Working weekMonday to Friday
