This Accounting & Administration Support role helps keep the wheels of our busy firm moving forward with a variety of tasks including support with management reporting to clients, GST preparation, alongside client billing and other administration functions. There are lots of interesting aspects to this role, including the potential to learn and build on our social media platforms.
We have a wonderful group of clients whom you will readily meet.
Located in the Te Puna area, our office space provides ample car parking and congestion-free traffic depending on your home address. Our office is modern and located in a lovely rural setting.
The role offers 15 hours per week and would suit someone looking to balance their time around school hours. Plenty of support is available along with training.
Minimum Requirements:
Previous experience with Xero is important.
Previous experience within a Public Practice Chartered Accounting firm would be a head start.
