The company currently operates in Ready Mixed Concrete, Transport, Fuel Distribution, Lubricants, Quarrying, Waste and Contracting sectors.
As an Accountant, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, analyzing data and providing strategic insights.
This role is primarily focused on the Property division, with project assignments for the wider group to complement the workload.
Key Responsibilities: Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly management accounts and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with management to create budgets, track performance (including property development tracking) and provide recommendations.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Client Interaction: Build strong relationships with respective Managers and Administrators.
Minimum Requirements: High level of accuracy and efficiency.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in accounting or related roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience with Greentree ERP would be an advantage, but not a requirement as full training will be provided.
Advanced Excel skills.
