Accountant Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles and practices, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks, preparing financial reports, and supporting various financial activities to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

Key Responsibilities: Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment processing, and collections.Perform month-end and year-end close procedures, including reconciling accounts, preparing journal entries, and analyzing financial data.Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to help identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.Support audit and tax preparation processes, including gathering documentation and providing analysis as needed.Maintain accurate and organized financial records, both electronically and physically.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.Stay informed about changes in accounting regulations and best practices, ensuring compliance and driving continuous improvement.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.CA certification or progress towards CPA preferred.2+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members at all levels."As one of the world's largest employers, we believe in talent not labels, and focus on the diverse and unique skills our people bring.
