They are now seeking an experienced Accountant to join their team.
As an Accountant, you will be responsible for effectively managing the financial and accounting services for part of their organisation.This position will be engaging and give you the opportunity to work for a company that values teamwork and provides the training and support you'll need to thrive.Reporting to Finance and Support Services Manager but working with colleagues across the organisation, this role will involve:Preparation of monthly and annual financial statementsLiaison with external auditorsPreparation of annual budgetAssist with maintaining the Financial Model and project reportingAssist with management and reporting on Investment PortfoliosReview and approval of daily payment transactions including fortnightly payroll, and weekly/monthly creditors paymentsGST Returns & maintenance of the Fixed Asset RegisterAd hoc project work where requiredSkills and experience required:New Zealand CA qualified or equivalent beneficial but not essentialPractical experience of working in a diverse account's environmentFlexible approach to workStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritise and work autonomously in a fast paced, dynamic environmentApply NowTo apply for this position, or for more information please submit your information and CV to the Recruiter below;
