Unicorn Hunters is collaborating with a rapidly-growing property and hospitality group to help them find a new accountant. This business has regenerated a large number of properties around the country breathing life into the regional tourism hubs. As this growth accelerates, the successful team is looking for another star player to contribute to their trajectory.
THEROLE
This is a newly-created role reporting to an experienced finance manager and within a finance team of 5. You will be given full responsibility of managing your own portfolio of properties, overseeing all aspects of their financial success. You will be in integral member of the team and be first point of call for all finance-based queries for the assets in your remit.
Duties include:
Managing the entire AP & AR functions of your portfolio (high volume)Creating P&L and other month end reportsAccurately track cash flow and budget requirementsManagement reporting; weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearlyExecute all tax requirementsWorking closely with other heads of departments to drive the success of the businessAssist with payroll THEREQUIREMENTS This role is ultimately suitable for someone with commercial acumen and the ambition to be in a high-performing finance team.

Competitive salary up to $85k plus CA financial support.
