Account Support Specialist

Job Description:

Kroger is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Support Specialist to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. This is a full-time entry-level position that does not require any prior experience, making it a great opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in account support.

Responsibilities:1. Provide administrative support to the account management team, including maintaining client records, creating reports, and assisting with customer inquiries.2. Assist with the preparation of client presentations and proposals.3. Coordinate and schedule meetings with clients and internal teams.4. Monitor client accounts and ensure timely payment of invoices.5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services to clients.6. Assist in identifying opportunities for account growth and upselling additional services.
