Job Description: Raymond James Financial is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in account management, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients and ensuring their satisfaction. Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of client accounts, providing exceptional support and building strong relationships - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to existing clients - Analyze client data and provide insights to help improve their overall experience - Develop and implement strategies to retain and grow client accounts - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve account management processes Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in account management or a related field - Independent and driven personality traits - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Creativity and adaptability in problem-solving - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred) - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent organizational and time management skills Benefits: - Gym membership - Visa sponsorship for eligible candidates - Company-provided equipment for remote work Working Environment: At Raymond James Financial, we encourage a spirit of exploration and taking calculated risks for growth.
