Job Description: Unum Group is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Account Support Manager to join our team on a full-time remote basis in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in account management, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of key client accounts, serving as the main point of contact for all their needs and inquiries - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and providing strategic guidance - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients - Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns in a proactive and professional manner - Analyze client data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement - Prepare and present regular reports on account status, performance, and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients - Provide training and support to junior account support staff as needed Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Proven track record of at least 8 years in account management or client support roles - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Independent and hardworking with a proactive approach to problem-solving - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Ability to effectively manage people and build strong relationships - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment is a plus Benefits: - Retirement plan - Paid overtime - Medical coverage Working Environment: At Unum Group, we are committed to environmental responsibility and sustainable practices.
