Job Description: Veritiv is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ.
As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in account management, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for assigned key accounts, building strong relationships and understanding their needs and goals - Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement account strategies to drive growth and retention - Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement - Provide product training and support to clients to ensure they are maximizing the value of our offerings - Resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely and professional manner - Monitor account performance metrics and prepare reports for management - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights to clients - Travel to client sites as needed to conduct meetings and presentations Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven track record of success in account management, with at least 7 years of experience - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Independent and adaptable, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Ability to deliver engaging presentations to clients - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Willingness to travel as needed Benefits: - Travel opportunities to visit client sites and attend industry events - Free food provided during working hours - Paid overtime for any additional hours worked Working Environment: At Veritiv, we value curiosity and encourage our employees to question the status quo to fuel innovation and growth.
