Job Description: Wildfire is seeking a motivated and independent Account Support Manager to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ.
As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in account management, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their needs are met.
Responsibilities: 1.
Manage a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the main point of contact for all inquiries and requests.
2.
Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their business goals and provide strategic guidance.
3.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
4.
Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on a regular basis to provide updates on account performance and discuss new opportunities.
5.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
6.
Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
7.
Analyze account data and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
8.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients.
Requirements: 1.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
2.
8+ years of experience in account management or a similar role.
3.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
4.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
6.
Experience in the technology or digital marketing industry is a plus.
