Job Description:

Becton Dickinson is seeking a dedicated and experienced Account Support Manager to join our dynamic team in Wellington, NZ. This part-time role is ideal for a professional with a passion for customer relationship management and a commitment to excellence in service delivery. As an Account Support Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our client relationships and ensuring overall satisfaction with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients, acting as their primary contact point.
- Understand clients' business objectives and industry challenges to proactively recommend tailored solutions.
Account Coordination:
- Coordinate and manage account activities, including contract renewals, service adjustments, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled and meet KPIs established with clients.
Problem Resolution:
- Act as an escalation point for client issues, demonstrating the ability to resolve complex problems while maintaining client satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively across teams (sales, customer service, logistics) to address client concerns and improve service delivery.
Performance Reporting:
- Track and report on account performance metrics, preparing insights and presentations for both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Analyze feedback and performance data to identify areas for improvement.
Collaboration and Strategy:
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to align account strategies and develop growth plans.
- Participate in strategic meetings to provide insights derived from client interactions and market trends.
Training and Development:
- Provide training and support for clients to ensure effective product usage and compliance with procedures.
- Stay updated on industry developments and product innovations to better assist clients.

Requirements:

A minimum of 7 years of experience in account management or a similar role, preferably within the healthcare, medical device, or technology sectors.
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts effectively while meeting tight deadlines.
Strong knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a persuasive ability to engage stakeholders.
Resourceful problem-solving skills to overcome challenges in a proactive manner.
Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
