Job Description: We are looking for a remote Account Support Associate to join our team at Comcast in Wellington, NZ. As an Entry Level position, this role is ideal for adaptable and energetic individuals who possess excellent persuasion and critical thinking skills. The Account Support Associate will be responsible for providing support to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. Responsibilities:1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online chat to address their inquiries and resolve any issues.2. Assist with onboarding new clients and provide training on our products and services.3. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system.4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.6. Monitor client accounts and identify any potential risks or opportunities for improvement.7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new technologies to better support our clients. Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.2. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively persuade and influence others.3. Excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to problem solve under pressure.4.
