Job Description: Chorus is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Support Associate to join our team on a full-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing for flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities:1. Provide exceptional support to key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries and issues.2. Assist Account Managers in developing, implementing, and maintaining strategic account plans.3. Monitor account activity and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services.4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.5. Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings and reviews.6. Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise in the account management process.7. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship-building skills. Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.4.
