**Key Responsibilities:** - **Customer Support:** Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate information regarding accounts, billing, and services offered by Eversource Energy.
- **Account Management:** Assist customers in managing their accounts, including updates to personal information, service changes, and payment arrangements.
- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-up actions using our internal systems.
- **Problem Solving:** Identify and troubleshoot customer issues with energy services, working collaboratively with other departments to resolve concerns in a timely manner.
- **Reporting:** Generate and review reports related to customer engagement, performance metrics, and issue resolution for continuous improvement.
- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with team members to share insights and best practices, contributing to a cohesive and supportive work environment.
- **Community Involvement:** Participate in corporate social responsibility initiatives, helping to promote Eversource Energy's commitment to community engagement and support.
**Requirements:** - **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant coursework or certification is a plus.
- **Experience:** A minimum of 1 year in a customer service, administrative support, or related role.
- **Personality Traits:** - Reliable: Must consistently follow through on commitments and demonstrate accountability.
- Independent: Ability to work autonomously and stay focused on tasks with minimal supervision.
- **Soft Skills:** - **Communication:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate information clearly and professionally.
- **Presentation:** Comfortable presenting information and explaining complex topics in a straightforward manner.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
