Job Description:
Code Avengers, a leading tech education company based in Tauranga, New Zealand, is seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Account Support Assistant to join our remote team. This part-time entry-level position offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a strong dedication to customer service and a desire to learn and grow in the tech industry.
Responsibilities:1. Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat to assist users with their account-related inquiries.2. Assist with onboarding new customers, including setting up accounts, guiding them through our platform, and troubleshooting any issues they may encounter.3. Monitor and respond to customer feedback and reviews to ensure a positive user experience.4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote account upgrades and drive customer satisfaction.5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.6. Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the account support team.
