Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Account Support Assistant to join our team at L-3 Communications in Nelson, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong interpersonal skills. The Account Support Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the account management team, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction. Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the account management team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing client files.- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and proposals for clients.- Monitor client accounts and assist with resolving any issues or concerns in a timely manner.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and projects are delivered on time.- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and communications in the company database.- Assist with the onboarding of new clients and provide ongoing support as needed. Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.- Energetic and resilient personality traits.- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.- Visa sponsorship available for the right candidate.
