Our brand channels are Luxaflex and Weathermaster.We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to join our Sales team in a permanent, full-time position.
The role will be looking after our Waikato and Bay of Plenty territory and our head office is in East Tamaki, Auckland.

Your actions contribute to our positive brand reputation.Able to regularly travel across the Waikato and Bay of Plenty regions.To succeed in this role, you will need:Ideally have at least 3 years' experience in an Account Manager role.Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills.Demonstrated ability to drive sales, grow territory and enhance company profile.Experience creating reports, which provide industry and network insights to support business development.A commitment to continuous improvement and quality standards.Excellent computer and reporting skills.Have a high level of attention to detail and be solution oriented.Relevant industry experience (whilst it's not essential to have window coverings background, experience with custom-made products is preferred).In return, we offer:A collaborative and supportive environment, where you'll be championed to develop your skills and industry knowledge.Option to be based at our East Tamaki head office, or within your allocated territory.Permanent, full-time work (40 hours per week).Base salary, competitive sales target bonus scheme and company car.Reward and recognition programme.Staff discount on our high-quality products.You will be joining a busy and close-knit team so being able to communicate effectively, support your colleagues and have some fun are must-haves to be successful in this role.
