The Role
Based in Timaru, as MediaWorks Account Manager you will manage a portfolio of local accounts across Digital, Radio, and Out of Home products to market their business.

Building active accounts by implementing sales strategies to support growth.
Creation of ideas and tailor solutions to assist with our clients marketing strategy,
Key Account Management
New Business Development
Achieve targets and KPIs.
Invest in and enjoy building long term relationship with our clients
Input customer and sales information into Salesforce

About You
We are looking for a self starter and a team player to join a fun, vibrant team. You will be hungry for sales and love the challenge of gaining new accounts as well as maintaining our existing ones. No two days will be the same, so we are looking for someone who is dynamic, creative and engaging. A true people person!

Results driven with the ability to successfully deliver on sales, financial and customer satisfaction outcomes
Cool and calm approach especially when under pressure, you radiate energy, enthusiasm and we can do it attitude
Takes ownership to make things happen with constant focus on delivery excellence and customer centricity.
Experience in account management, customer service and/or sales
An understanding of the sales process, time management and planning.
Excellent communication skills
Able to maintain relationships with our external and internal stakeholders
Clean driver's license

No media industry experience required!
