How you will make an impact
Drive engagement with your client market and take accountability for end-to-end customer engagement model. Your remit will cover sales, revenue, profitability as well as customer success and satisfaction.
Day to day you will:
Lead growth of existing accounts, resulting in increased value for the customer through CyberCX products and services, and a broader and deeper reach of CyberCX in accounts' sales, revenue, profitability.
Consistently build new relationships and networks, and continue to build existing relationships, by positioning yourself as trusted advisor to customers.
Develop strategic and operational account plans, and complete monthly reporting.
Contribute effectively to regular sales meetings and wider sales strategy.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of new opportunities, including maintaining CRM.
Represent CyberCX at company events as well as customer, industry and partner events.
Role-model a culture of learning and continuous improvement through completion of personal development, mentoring, coaching and industry specific training and certifications.
Skills & Qualifications
Qualification in business, commerce or similar (preferred but not essential).
Proven sales experience in B2B environments focused on cyber security or technology development.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills with an ability to build credibility with senior leaders.
Excellent technical and analytical written and oral communication skills.
Experience working with customers and delivery teams to identify, shape and influence opportunities (e.g. Tenders/RFI/RFQ/RFP and Panel Contracts) and support new business development.
Strong client network and experience working with enterprise and government accounts.
