We now have a couple of awesome opportunities for an Account Manager and Senior Account Manager to join our Property Sales team, each taking on a portfolio of Real Estate Clients.
As an Account Manager you'll play a key role in driving business growth through building quality relationships with your customers; educating and delivering value-add solutions which help them to achieve their business goals.
You'll come to be seen as a subject matter expert when it comes to the Trade Me Property product offering, actively seeking out up to date industry knowledge and growing high value partnerships with our Property clients.

Here's what you can expect from this role:  * Get face-to-face with your clients, from agents and administrators to the C Suite of nationwide commercial property businesses to seek opportunities and drive revenue growth * Plan and offer product solutions that deliver on the specific needs of clients through applying tailored value propositions.
* Present and pitch digital advertising solutions confidently and with conviction to your clients.
* Develop and implement strategies to deliver results in your market.
* A genuine enthusiasm for customer interactions and an ability to manage a high paced outbound focused customer service plan, with a focus on face to face interactions.
* Maintain and grow our reputation of being a 'liked and trusted industry partner' while driving sales and growing revenue.
What you will bring to our team:  Experience * Experience in an Account Management role (Account Manager role) * Experience at Senior Business Development Manager, Key Account or Senior Account level,or 5+ years experience at an Account Manager level (Senior Account Manager role) * Experience growing and strengthening relationships with clients at all levels.
* A Media or digital sales background would be a huge advantage for this role.
* A background in Real Estate is useful although not essential to be successful.
* Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets * Strong ability to communicate, present to and influence key stakeholders at all levels in an organisation.
You have the ability to read stakeholders and adjust your approach.
* You build, maintain and nurture your relationships with ease, with an ability to develop these into business partnerships * Strong ability to proactively manage your time, by prioritising acquisition, retention and growth to profitably grow accounts and build relationships.
* Ability to use, extract and analyse data and insights to help your clients win.
* Self-motivated with hunger and passion to achieve business targets and goals.
* You are a genuinely curious person who has proven ability to uncover and solve customer * High competency in related computer skills across relevant online and computer systems, in particular with Google Suite and Salesforce CRM systems We know some candidates can be reluctant to apply for roles if they feel they don't 'tick all the boxes'.
