Key Duties and Responsibilities Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with customers, serving as their trusted advisor and advocate.

Implement strategic sales plans in alignment with company objectives.
Manage and achieve sales targets through effective negotiation and customer support.
Maintain accurate sales records and documentation.
Provide training and mentorship to team members.
Qualifications of Experience, Skills, and Knowledge Proven experience in account management or sales, with a focus on building and maintaining customer relationships.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
Leadership qualities with a collaborative and customer-centric approach.
Key Performance Indicators Achievement of sales targets and increasing gross profit.
Effective prospecting and engagement with leads.
Completion of assigned training modules and continuous professional development.
