Our team work with leading brands in our region to bring data & analytics to lifeWe are seeking a professional and customer-focused Account Manager to join our SaaS company.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing client relationships, ensuring customer success, and driving revenue growth.This role can be based in New Plymouth or Auckland however the working hours for this role will be in line with AEST.Job DescriptionManage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retentionDevelop and implement strategic account plans to drive growth and maximize client valueCollaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, product, support) to ensure seamless client experiencesIdentify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within your account portfolioMonitor and report on key account performance metrics and client health indicatorsConduct regular client meetings, product demonstrations, and business reviewsProactively address client concerns and escalate issues when necessaryStay up-to-date with industry trends and product developments to provide valuable insights to clientsQualificationsProven track record in account management or sales, preferably in the SaaS industry3-5 years of experience in SaaS account management or a similar client-facing roleStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levelsProficiency in CRM software and project management toolsExcellent presentation and negotiation skillsAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insightsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)In-depth knowledge of the SaaS industry and software implementation processesDemonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively under pressureSelf-motivated with a results-driven approach and a passion for customer successCollaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionallyAdditional InformationCultureThere has never been a better time to join illion.
