They have an awesome opportunity for an Account Manager to join their Property Sales team, taking on a portfolio clients in the Auckland region. You'll build quality long term relationships through education and delivering value add solutions to these clients that help them achieve their business performance goals. Friday drinks and nibbles every fortnight, annual company awards, celebrations and more.Learning: Whether it's on the job, formal training, mentoring or something else, you'll grow with them from Day 1.Here's what you can expect from this role: Get face-to-face with your clients, from agents and administrators to the C Suite of nationwide commercial property businesses to seek opportunities and drive revenue growth.Plan and offer product solutions that deliver on the specific needs of clients through applying tailored value propositions.Present and pitch digital advertising solutions confidently and with conviction to your clients.Develop and implement strategies to deliver results in your market.Travel throughout New Zealand (when required) to meet with clients and attend industry events.Maintain and grow our reputation of being a 'liked and trusted industry partner' while driving sales and growing revenue.What you will bring to their team: Experience in an Account Management role.Experience growing and strengthening relationships with clients at all levels.A Media or digital sales background would be a huge advantage for this role.A background in Real Estate is useful although not essential to be successful.Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is desirable but not essential.Solid analytical skills - the ability to see opportunities through effective use of data.Strong presentation skills - the ability to deliver a compelling story to one or to manyYou're able to operate autonomously both in the office and on the road.You are a genuinely curious person who has proven ability to uncover and solve customer challengesWe know some candidates can be reluctant to apply for roles if they feel they don't 'tick all the boxes'.
