About the role The role of an account manager is integral to the agency's growth in the areas of Content, PR & Partnerships.
Partnering with the Client Service team, you will have the ability to recognise opportunities for our clients to deliver innovative strategic solutions and best-in-class recommendations across consumer and corporate PR, experiential events, content creation, media relations, sponsorships and partnerships, and social media, along with playing a key role in new business opportunities for Hearts & Science.
This role is about challenging mediocrity and delivering award-winning, best-in-market work.
As an account manager specialist services, you will: Build a results-oriented culture with a focus on delivering well-executed, unexpected, and rewarding work Act as a Business Partner to both the client and the client service team Develop a strong understanding of our client's business and their categories to deliver stand-out work Actively participate in producing work that inspires, motivates, engages, and creates commercial action Be a confident presenter Be a leader who leads by example, builds and fosters agency culture, both within Hearts & Science and across the group Skills & Experience: Degree preferable, but not a necessity Minimum 3 years' experience in an agency or in-house in the relevant discipline Have successfully led the delivery of PR / Social / Partnership campaigns Experience with large clients across a range of categories Presentation and storytelling skills Planning and organising skills People management skills Creative thinking If this sounds like you, please apply directly via the job ad.
