Account Manager - Northland - Fixed Term This is a fixed-term contract that covers parental leave for 6 months.
The Job We are seeking a driven and motivated Account Manager to join our Northland team based in Whangarei.
In this role, you will manage a portfolio of local accounts that utilise MediaWorks Radio, Digital, and Out of Home (OOH) advertising to market their businesses.
While you will inherit an established client base, you must also be a proactive self-starter comfortable with generating new business.
Responsibilities: Build Active Accounts by implementing sales strategies to support growth Key Account Management Create ideas and tailor solutions to assist with clients' marketing strategy Achieve targets and KPIs Invest in and enjoy building long-term relationships with clients Input customer and sales information into Salesforce Create and implement Sales Strategies to grow our business within the region.
About You We are looking for a locally connected self-starter, who is passionate about helping our SME client base succeed.

Qualifications: A proven track record of achievements in account management or business development A strong understanding of commercial issues and business drivers A motivated, proactive self-starter who will make your own success Driven to succeed and find new opportunities Excited about media and to embark on your career in this industry OR about bringing your existing media experience Media experience is a bonus but not essential.
