This role will foster and transform our education customers by helping them overcome digital inequities and increase their opportunities for the future.This role will focus on delivering on all financial, volume, and account targets.
With your proven account management skills, you will develop sound strategies to drive growth and chase new business through exceptional analysis and planning, ensuring the achievement of mutually commercial objectives for both the company and your customers.Ultimately, to be successful in this position, you will collaborate with our sales team to achieve targets while keeping our customers delighted and engaged with our products and services.
This position may require occasional travel.What you will doAs a Cyclone Account Manager, you will create long-term trusting relationships with our customers.
In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams, including Administration, Procurement, and Service Departments, to improve customer engagement, connect with key business executives and stakeholders while ensuring we focus on positive customer outcomes.
Your primary responsibilities will also include:To be proactive in driving the increase in sales for all hardware, software and services.Proven successful experience to engage customers with the range of technology solutions and services.Be able to clearly articulate technology trends and cross-platform technologies with the benefits they bring to all aspects of the associated business.To organise and attend promotional opportunities such as customer-focused presentations as appropriate.To understand the market and be on the lookout for new products and opportunities which will be a good fit to Cyclone's existing offerings.To act as a product manager and mentor with certain vendors to help and promote their products internally with the customer service representatives to ensure the highest level of responsiveness is delivered to our customers.What's in it for you?Ongoing professional development and certificationsCompetitive salary and Benefits package including Health Insurance4 weeks' annual leave and the option to purchase an additional 5 daysMatching donations to charity up to $1,000 per yearDiscounts on IT hardware from our vendorsA full set of the necessary equipmentTeam events and social activitiesWhat you will bringPlanning and organization are part of your DNA.
The successful candidate will have a strong grounding in technology-based sales and be able to demonstrate recent successful examples of customer relationship management and successful sales.
