Squiz is looking for an experienced Account Manager who will be given accountability for a number of high profile accounts with the drive and ability to expand and cross sell within your client area. To sweeten the role, you will be working with a great, collaborative team, supportive leader and awesome clients.Who you are:Squiz is for everyone. If you're smart and good at what you do, come as you are.For this role, we ask that you can demonstrate:Strong, well developed Account Management experience (farmer mentality), a natural relationship builderExperience within a SaaS organisation (technical focused as a min)Experience in Project management would be perfectThe ability to build & convey compelling value in how our products help solve for that (you understand solution selling)Bring a genuine enthusiasm for continuous learning, and thrive in a fast paced environmentA strong history of success, meeting and exceeding targets come naturally to youNice to have:Experience with digital/web content/web solutions similar to our own - Sitecore, Optimizely, Silverstripe etcWhat you would be doing:Develop a deep understanding of each customer's unique place in the market and how Squiz products can help themInteracting and building relationships at all levels including C-SuiteRetaining and growing market share and revenueThinking strategically & analytically about the challenges your customers faceWho we are:Squiz helps complex, service-led organisations harness the power of digital, improving the services they offer online.
