What the mahi will look like The Account Manager is responsible for developing and growing new business as well as to strengthen existing client relationships.
The purpose of this role is also to provide technical broking, and general administration duties (alongside a support team) in respect of assigned clients, through liaison with clients, underwriters and external partners.
Some of your responsibilities will include: Providing professional, accurate and efficient responses to client needs through liaison with external stakeholders and underwriters Preparing proposals for new business opportunities Coordinating client renewals and preparing premium calculationsSkills and experience that will lead to success You'll be a natural communicator who understands how to tailor to the situation, whether it be face to face, over the phone or through written correspondence.
Ideally you will come from a similar background from within the industry, in retails or domestic brokering.
A few key areas we are looking for: This role requires you hold a Level 5 Financial Services QualificationStrong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilitiesCompetency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and OutlookHow we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
