Account & Relationship Management (Sales) Full time Add expected salary to your profile for insights Acme CupCo is looking for an experienced Account Manager to work directly with our customers from New Zealand and Europe.This is an exciting opportunity to manage a large and diverse customer base across the hospitality and retail sectors.
We have spent the last 10 years building a very dominant and trusted brand within the global Specialty Coffee and hospitality industries, we have big growth plans for the year ahead and need an experienced account manager to take the lead.This is an office-based role, working with a small team in a central Wellington office.
This role is responsible for the account management of an existing customer base, you will also be developing new accounts and can take the customer right through the order fulfillment process.We're looking for someone that's experienced and understands the history we have built with our loyal customer base.
But you will also want to build your own relationships with our customers and grow with them alongside their business.
You will:- Understand how to manage and develop an existing customer base- Have experience in developing relationships at all levels of business, from the single café owner to a café chain- Have an ability to identify growth opportunities within our excising customer base- Understand B2B commercial structures- Have experience building relationships with international customers - Be able to set your own priorities in order to achieve individual targets- Have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role- Be comfortable with using the Microsoft Office suite- Can speak a European language, Dutch or German preferred - Experience within the Specialty Coffee industryIf this sounds like the role for you then please send through an application via Seek along with a cover letter outlining your key skills for the role by 1st August.
