Our client Our client delivers solutions to Hospitals and the residential care market where they are partnering with Facilities, offering a suite of services and selling a solutionHighly regarded in the market, this employer is a global market leader offering products and solutions essential within the healthcare sector; the products used in NZ provide quality care to patients who have challenges with health and mobility issuesRole overview Based at the Wellington office, this is an exciting opportunity for you to take on the role of Account Manager reporting to the National Sales Manager (also Wellington based)The territory is lower North Island (not South) and WellingtonOnly one night away a month with face to face visits to Hospitals (across all areas eg Theatre to Wards) & private sector clients in the Care sector (Nursing Homes etc)Tasks Manage the sales process visiting a wide range of clients in the clinical/care settingAchieve and exceed sales budgets and targetsMaintain and grow capital, consumable, rental and aftermarket revenuesManage account/customer relationshipsDevelop and implement business plan for territoryBusiness development - identify new market opportunities, drive growth and direct sales and marketing initiativesSell preferred supplier agreements/contracts - RFP assistanceProvide clinical support to customers ie practical trainingInsight Assessments, technical support/direction & company promotionReporting, participation in training, use of SalesforceInternal company collaboration with teams and management, attendance at AUS/NZ joint annual Sales ConferenceHealth & Safety, and Quality ManagementYou Will have Account Management experience OR be a a former Nurse, Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist keen to expand into salesWill have medical product knowledge within a Clinical environmentBe comfortable using technologyNegotiation skillsA savvy, professional candidate with a high level of business acumenOn Offer Job security as a market leader and global businessDynamic company in NZ with a sizeable structureTop salary ie 6 figuresThe role comes with a car OR car allowance of $18k plus fuel cardBonus is up to $25k made up of half year and full year payments (upon meeting criteria)A high performing territoryWFH/Company office & 'on the road' mixCareer pathInterested?
