We provide a work environment where everyone can fulfill their potential, and when trust is given, it is honoured and respected.Position Objective:Our office-based Account Managers are pivotal to the success and growth of our business. Actively drive and achieve sales targets in the territory and market assigned to you, by providing exceptional service to existing customers and staying in regular contact to identify opportunities to grow revenue. Proactively grow our customer base by identifying and onboarding new customers and converting them to regular customers. This role has an exciting additional responsibility to work closely with the Sales Manager on sales strategies and activities relating to our Key Accounts with the potential to develop and take on more of this responsibility into the future.What You'll Be Doing:Customer Service Excellence: Deliver outstanding service to customers and ensure an exceptional customer experience, translating into increased sales and long-term relationships.Driving Sales: Own your assigned territory and market, meeting or exceeding sales targets by identifying new opportunities and cultivating relationships with both existing and new customers.Strategic Sales Planning: Work with the Sales Manager to develop and execute plans to grow sales in key accounts and explore new opportunities for market expansion.CRM Management: Ensure the CRM is used effectively to track customer interactions, maintain accurate records, and support sales growth.What We're Looking For:A proactive sales-driven professional with a passion for customer service.Strong communication skills and a proven ability to build relationships and drive revenue.Experience in sales or account management is an advantage, but we're open to motivated individuals eager to learn and grow in the role.The drive to take on more responsibility and play a key role in shaping the future of our Key Accounts.
