Two years plus experience in a similar sales role working with and achieving sales targets.
You will be passionate about providing world-class customer service across the board and have a genuine interest for P&F Global's business and products.
You are tech savvy and have experience working in a CRM Tasks & responsibilities Sales Growth: You will be responsible for growing sales in your area, through identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within existing accounts; cross selling and upselling products or services.
You will develop account plans and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Customer Service: You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, processing their orders, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service and in doing so drive increased sales revenue.
Account Management: You will take ownership of a portfolio of key accounts and develop strategies to maximise sales opportunities, through building and maintaining strong relationships with clients understanding their business needs and providing fit for purpose solutions.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions and competitors' activities.
