Account Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a driven Account Manager for a client in Dunedin. This customer-facing role covers the Dunedin and Central Otago region, offering a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in sales, particularly within the steel, construction, building materials supply, or civil infrastructure sectors.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain sales of core products.
Provide high-level customer care and technical expertise.
Build new profitable business relationships while strengthening existing ones.

Ideal Candidate:

3 - 5 years experience in an external sales role, or similar.
Passion for solving customer problems.
Tech-savvy, highly driven, and eager to learn best practices in account management.
Mechanical/construction aptitude is advantageous.
Strong commercial understanding and analytic skills.
Experience using a CRM system.
Excellent work ethic, communication, and interpersonal skills.
