About the Role The Account Managers are responsible for developing and growing new business as well as to strengthen existing client relationships. The purpose of this role is also to provide technical broking and support liasing with clients, underwriters and external partners.
Some of your responsibilities will include: Identifying opportunities for growth both within your existing client base and new businessProviding professional, accurate and efficient responses to client needs through liaison with external stakeholdersPreparing proposals for new business opportunitiesCoordinating client renewals and preparing premium calculationsSkills and experience that will lead to success: You'll be a natural communicator who understands how to tailor to the situation, whether it be face to face, over the phone or through written correspondence. Ideally you will come from a similar background from within the industry.
A few key skills we look for: Proven experience in insurance broking, with a current L5 General Insurance qualificationOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsStrong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilitiesCompetency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and OutlookHow we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
