Total Access is a 100% Kiwi Owned Construction Hire company with a national network of branches. We are leading providers of Access machines, Scaffold, Heights & Safety Systems, and EWP Operator Training to the New Zealand Construction Sector.
About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Account Manager, ideally with experience within the Building or Construction sector. You will be an integral part of the team, focusing on maintaining and growing existing relationships, as well as seeking new opportunities to grow our client base.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Selling and promoting Access Machinery
Achieving Monthly / Annual Set Sales Targets
Targeting new Business as and when required, after ensuring that having a working relationship with the client is in the best interests of Total Access Ltd
Managing existing Accounts and increasing 'Share of Wallet' with those clients where beneficial
Actively maintaining, and following a Client Call Cycle, inclusive of amendments as and when required
Attend Sales Meetings as and when required
Skills and experience:
Extensive experience in all aspects of customer relationship management
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
Proven leadership and ability to drive sales
Ideally have direct building industry or construction experience
A wide range of communication skills to inform, listen and engage with a broad range of stakeholders and customers
