FMI Building Innovation is seeking a highly motivated Account Manager with an established track record in sales, account management and new business development who values working as part of a team to achieve the overall goal of providing an exceptional service to our valued customers in the building and construction industry.

You'll be a hunter with a strong understanding of the sales process with compelling achievements in maintaining and increasing market share - the result of pure tenacity in building customer loyalty, and identifying opportunities for growth through prospecting, networking and relationship building.

Your existing customers would describe you as someone who makes an immediate impact, who understands their needs and provides highly beneficial solutions and outcomes when it matters the most.

Based in Christchurch, you will join our sales team at our Rolleston site and the centre of our production.

Make no mistake – this role is diverse and busy, but extremely rewarding!

This role offers a broad scope of responsibility for you to grow, demonstrate your proven skills, be part of the bigger picture, to support, to develop and smooth out the bumps in the road, as the business continues to grow and innovate.

Regional travel is an integral part of this role, so flexibility and exceptional time management are essential.
