What's the job?
You will be responsible for finding candidates and placing those candidates into jobs with other NZ businesses.
Key responsibilities include: Sales calls – 100+ calls per week (if you don't get a buzz off cold calling or are willing to keep calling, then this job is not for you)Business development - bringing on new clients through a variety of sales methodsBuilding client relationshipsExtracting value from existing clientsManaging the end-to-end recruitment process (writing job ads, screening, interviewing, referencing, background checks)Creating a strong candidate pipeline to keep up with your clients' needsManaging health and safety requirements What we're offering: Base salary + best in market commission (OTE $130K+)Additional rewards & incentives for hitting targets (every 4 weeks)Development and progression opportunities – clear plan to senior rolesPositive high performing work environmentFlexible start/end timesYour birthday off work (paid!
