Role Overview: As an Account Manager, you will play a vital role in establishing and nurturing relationships with our existing and potential clients.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, your focus will be on increasing revenue and expanding our customer database throughout New Zealand.
You will ensure exemplary administration standards and provide timely, friendly responses to customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities: Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue through existing and new client accounts, including Monthly Parking, Corporate Accounts, and Staff Parking products.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Administration Excellence: Maintain accurate databases, pricing schedules, and customer correspondence, ensuring all records are up-to-date.
Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular sales performance reports and insights to the team, helping to drive informed decision-making.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales team, contributing to meetings and supporting new team members.
