What to expect Nurture and maintain strong relationships with our farmers, growers and other agribusiness customers to drive positive engagement. Take ownership of the long-term retention of a portfolio of Onside's SMB customers. Analyse engagement and product usage data, account health indicators, and other metrics to identify opportunities to upsell or cement customer retention. Proactively find opportunities to maximise value, and meet expansion revenue goals, driving uptake of product features and solutions. About you Experience in customer success/account management within a fast-paced SaaS environment. Ability to build rapport quickly, making lasting positive impressions. Commercially minded, target-oriented and data-driven. Strong organisational skills and demonstrated ability to manage projects. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify and address customer needs and challenges. Collaborative team player, focused on delivering the best outcome for the customer and for Onside. This is a remote role, working from home in the Waikato or Bay of Plenty regions, but connections with your wider team will be strong through online meetings, Slack, company updates, attending events together, and some travel. We are also open to a Christchurch-based employee in a hybrid role, that is comfortable with quarterly travel.
