About the role: An exciting opportunity is available in DGC's Sales & Marketing Group as an Account Manager.
Reporting to the Region Manager – Asia Pacific.
The Account Manager serves as the key sales contact for assigned partners and is responsible for growing sales, whilst developing and maintaining excellent relationships with DGC customers.
The Account Manager is expected to be the expert on the markets and partners that they are responsible for.
The role leads and manages the KPI's and objectives to achieve sales targets, and the forecast process, which provides analysis and recommendations to the Region Manager for sales growth opportunities.
They manage customer issues, queries, and complaints competently and efficiently, and lead the NPD initiatives between DGC and the customer.
They work closely with our Procurement, Customer Operations, and Manufacturing teams.
About you: You will have good customer focus and relationship management skills as well as analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ideally, your background will also include experience within FMCG in dairy products, and/or customer management.
