You will work closely with the Business Director to maintain quality control of the media campaigns and continually evaluate and improve performance against client goals. You work collaboratively with the internal Hearts & Science team, various specialist teams and media owners and other external agency partners. You are responsible for junior to mid-level client relationships ensuring everything is running smoothly and that all questions are answered in a timely manner, in accordance with the Hearts & Science client service expectations. In addition to being involved in the planning of campaigns, you will be at times required to buy media campaigns (working with both specialists in TV and digital channels).
